JIMMY BANKS
Co-Founder/President
Founded in 1980, Jimmy has led Triliji Group to becoming one of the leaders in developing Waco, Texas and surrounding areas. Attending Baylor University in Waco, Jimmy's unique out of the box approach began early and created opportunities to work for great clients throughout the world. No slowing down in sight, Jimmy is still taking Triliji group to new "HEIGHTS"!.
LISA MONROE
Co-Founder/Vice President
With a background in small town sales, management and investing, Lisa quickly adapted to the development business. In 37 years, Lisa has proved hard work and creativity will create successful opportunities flourish. As a co-owner and Vice President work is constant and a passion. She has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Lisa also spearheads most of our companies charity and non-profit out reach, including serving as board member for The ART CENTER OF WACO.

This 25 unit condominium rehab project created much needed and desired market product in the Baylor University "Bubble" in 2018. The former LouAnn Condominium project was built in 1984, then remodeled and re-branded as District 12 Condominiums. We completely updated the exterior and interiors of each unit and sold out this project in less that 20 months!
